1. User Interface (UI) Design:

• Assist in designing and developing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to convey design ideas.

• Ensure user interfaces are user-friendly, intuitive, and compatible with various devices.

2. User Experience (UX) Design:

• Participate in user research and analysis to understand user needs.

• Propose solutions to enhance user experience based on feedback and data analysis.

• Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure consistent and effective user experiences.

3. Requirement Documentation:

• Draft and maintain URD (User Requirements Document), FRD (Functional Requirements Document), and SRS (Software Requirements Specification).

• Ensure all requirements and specifications are clearly and comprehensively documented.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define requirements.

4. Development and Deployment Support:

• Support the development team in translating designs into final products.

• Participate in testing and ensuring the quality of user interfaces.

• Update and maintain design documentation.

5. Continuous Learning and Development:

• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design.

• Attend courses, workshops, and other training activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Education: No formal degree required; relevant courses or certifications in Graphic Design, User Interface Design, Information Technology, or related fields are preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in UI/UX design (fresh graduates with skills and passion are also welcome).
• Skills:

• Proficient in design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

• Creative thinking and attention to detail.

• Ability to draft and maintain URD, FRD, and SRS documents.

• Full time từ thứ 2 - thứ 6, nghỉ thứ 7 và chủ nhật.
