• Be the warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience
• Overall responsible for creating and maintaining the entire range of kid activities services offered for different age groups with the aim to maximize guest satisfaction
• Handle guest complaints and refer them as necessary, follow up on corrective action
• Develop creative ways to inspire and motivate team members to provide guests with a unique experience
• Make time to interact with guests to solicit feedback and build relationships to understand how team members can increase guest satisfaction
• Perform such functions as to include but not be limited to:
• Arrange weekly activities schedule for all the kids on the property incorporating concierge, recreation, and F&B department.
• Lead and participate in Planet Trekkers Kids Club activities to gather immediate guest feedback and
• Monitor Planet Trekkers personnel to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure
• Share guest feedback with the team to enhance guest’s experience
• Manage all requests made by guests or special requests from guests that your staff reported to you
• Open and close the shift, ensure effective shift handover
• Ensure kids always safety while playing and doing activities at Planet Trekkers

• Compile, analyze, and control Planet Trekkers’ activities costs
• Understanding the department’s and hotel’s products, upselling to the guest, or recommending hotel products to the guest
• Conduct shift briefings, and department meetings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are
• Identify training needs, propose a training plan, and conduct the training for Planet Trekkers’ colleagues
• Skilled in English communication—spoken, written, verbal, and non-verbal.
Qualifications –Service / Product Knowledge & training, High School
Experience – 2 years experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity and including supervisory experience or training
Key External Relationships –Interacts with guests and individuals outside the hotel including, but not limited to, current and potential clients, owning company representatives, suppliers, competitors and other members of the local community.
