Your day to day

Administrative Support

Coordinate and manage all administrative tasks for the F&B department, including scheduling

meetings, maintaining records, and preparing reports.

Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls related to F&B operations, ensuring timely

and professional responses.

Update and maintain departmental documents, such as training records, rosters, and SOPs.

Operational Support

Assist the F&B Manager in monitoring and implementing operational standards and procedures.

Support the preparation of F&B events, promotions, and activities, ensuring they are executed

efficiently.

Coordinate with suppliers for F&B-related procurement and maintain inventory records.

Guest Relations

Address guest inquiries and complaints related to F&B services, escalating unresolved issues to the

appropriate manager.

Assist in gathering guest feedback and generating reports for management to improve service quality.

Team Coordination

Act as a liaison between the F&B team and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and

workflow.

Support recruitment and onboarding processes by coordinating interviews, training schedules, and

employee files.

Help manage team attendance, shift schedules, and leave requests.

Financial Support

Assist in tracking departmental expenses, preparing budgets, and monitoring financial performance.

Coordinate billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for F&B events and services.

Compliance & Brand Standards

Ensure the F&B department operates in alignment with IHG brand standards and local regulations.

Maintain updated knowledge of IHG policies, procedures, and guest service protocols.

Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience in a similar administrative or F&B role, ideally within a hotel or luxury environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of F&B operations and terminology is an advantage.
