• Follow up on all business inquiries/ leads and qualifying business to generate room nights and impact RevPAR performance and on all pending and currently booked business details.

• Solicit and securing business from key travel industry sources.

• Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.

• Support the Director of Sales and leadership in the creation and review of sales reports.

• Participate in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business.

• Attend all department and hotel meetings as necessary.

• Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.

• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position
• 5 stars hotel experience preferred
• Bachelor degree or above
• Resorts or leisure sales experiences are plus.
• Good command of the English language with excellent communication skills
• Own network of corporate and travel agent contact highly preferred
• Confident, good organizational & people development sales
  
• Strong and very positive interpersonal and leadership skills
