Reporting line:

Direct report: Head Coach.

Responsibilities:

Follow Academy Head
Coach&039;s instruction to deliver football training sessions.

Understand the
proposal prepared weekly and implement the training following the
plan/methodology.

Study and prepare the
weekly training proposal plan.

Prepare and set up
the pitch following the proposal plan at least 30 minutes before training
starts.

Academy&039;s facilities such as goals, cones, balls, boxes, pumps, bibbs…
Take care of the

with Coaches team.
Join weekly meetings

Attend monthly
formation day.

3. Requirements:

·
Effective communication
skills in English.

·
Desire to learn and
improve coaching skills, football training knowledge and soft skills such as
organization, time management, problem-solving, multitasking etc.

·
The coach will be
required to sign confidential and non-compete agreement. In general, they are
not allowed to work for another football academy/ similar organizations during
the 12 months after leaving the Academy. All the training materials given, and proposal
plans are considered confidential and not allowed to be distributed to any
others unless having prior written consent of the Academy.

·
Subject to the
availability of the project and the performance of the coach, the Academy can
terminate with the coach immediately.

·
The coach will have one
month trial period and will start with school's partnership training first.
After trial period, subject to the suitability, the coach can be arranged for
Academy's training.
