Replenish clean linen, guest amenities, consumable supplies, and housekeeping equipment for Room Attendants' trolleys.

Collect and transport soiled linen to the laundry area in accordance with established procedures.

Assist Room Attendants by providing additional supplies or equipment as required during room cleaning.

Prepare, transport, and set up:

Extra beds

Baby cots (cribs)

Air purifiers

Ozone machines

Other guest-requested equipment

Assist with the setup of VIP rooms, honeymoon rooms, long-stay rooms, and other special room arrangements.

Support mattress turning, and move beds, sofas, wardrobes, and other heavy furniture to facilitate cleaning or maintenance work.

B. Goods and Supplies Transportation

Receive goods and supplies from the Receiving area.

Perform a basic quantity check before delivering items to the designated Estate Department locations.

Transport the following items to the Housekeeping storerooms, Front Desk, Estate Office, or other designated areas:

Guest amenities

Drinking water

Office supplies

Operational supplies

General materials

Equipment

Ensure housekeeping trolleys are fully stocked with the required supplies throughout each shift.

Deliver 19-liter bottled drinking water to serviced apartments according to the scheduled plan or guest requests, ensuring compliance with service standards and contractual entitlements.

C. Guest Services Support

Deliver requested guest items, including:

Towels

Pillows

Blankets

Guest amenities

Drinking water

Other requested items

Assist Bellmen with luggage handling during shifts without Bellman coverage or during peak guest arrival and departure periods.

Escort guests to their rooms and provide directions when required.

Assist long-stay guests with moving furniture or personal belongings upon request.

Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly, courteously, and professionally in accordance with the property's service standards.

1. Qualifications

High school diploma or above.

2. Experience

Previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant, Houseman, or Runner is an advantage.

Candidates without experience are welcome to apply and will receive on-the-job training.

3. Knowledge

Basic understanding of hotel or serviced apartment operations.

Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards.

Understanding of occupational health and safety regulations.

5. Physical Requirements

Good physical health.

1. At least two years’ experience as an Assistant Sales Manager in high volume luxury hotels and resorts or equivalent.

2. Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Marketing or Hotel Management or any related discipline, Master’s degree preferred.

3. Proven experience with developing sales goals and objectives.

4. Good command of English and Vietnamese.

5. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

6. Strong business sense and industry expertise.

7. Willingness to work evenings and weekends; willingness to travel.
