Primary Responsibilities Sales Support

• Coordinate all group arrangements

• Work with group contacts to facilitate program planning and requirements

• Communicate group needs and specifications to all relevant departments

• Input all group bookings and update booking activities in the system on a weekly basis

• Maintain proper records and filing system in accordance to hotel's sales administration process

Other Responsibilities

• Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures

• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management

• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times

• Be aware of the hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures

• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management

Main Complexity/Critical issues in the Job

• Defines precise client's requirements and ensures that the services offered corresponds effectively to their requests

• Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are efficiently addressed

• Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management / Events Management / Business Administration

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint

• Good communication and customer contact skills

• Service oriented with an eye for details

• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team

• Self-motivated and energetic

• Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
