A Hotel Human Resource Manager is responsible for managing all employee-related matters in the hotel and making sure the workplace runs smoothly and professionally. The HR Manager handles recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees for different departments. They also support staff training and development to improve service quality and employee performance. Another important responsibility is maintaining good employee relations by handling staff concerns, disciplinary matters, and helping create a positive working environment.

The HR Manager also manages attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, employee benefits, and staff contracts. They make sure the hotel follows labor laws, company policies, and health and safety regulations. In addition, the HR Manager works closely with department heads to plan manpower needs, improve employee satisfaction, reduce staff turnover, and build a strong hotel culture. Organizing employee activities, team-building events, and recognition programs are also part of the role to help motivate staff and improve teamwork. Overall, the Hotel Human Resource Manager plays an important role in supporting both employees and hotel management to achieve smooth operations and business success.

The ideal candidate for the Human Resource Manager position should have experience working in an international 4-star or 5-star hotel brand with a strong understanding of hotel operations and professional HR practices. 

The candidate must currently hold the position of HR Manager or a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry. Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written, are required in order to communicate effectively with management and international guests or staff. The candidate should also have strong leadership skills, good problem-solving ability, and experience in recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and labor law compliance. A professional attitude, positive personality, and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced hotel environment are highly preferred.
