PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

Provide administrative and clerical support to the Kitchen and Food & Beverage team.

Assist in coordinating daily kitchen administration tasks, ensuring smooth documentation flow and effective communication within departments.

Perform duties in a courteous, organized, and efficient manner, following the hotel’s policies and procedures.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Maintain confidentiality of all kitchen and Food & Beverage related documents and information.
2. Provide basic administrative support including:

• Preparing and typing documents, reports, and correspondence
• Answering phone calls and taking messages
• Scheduling meetings and organizing appointments when required

• Internship Allowance: 1,000,000 VND/month
• Structured and professional training program
• Internship completion certificate provided
• Uniform, meals, and parking provided free of charge

COMPETENCIES:

• Good English communication (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Attention to detail
• Customer service mindset
• Willingness to learn and support team operations
