KEY DETAILS OF THE ROLE
We are looking for a talented and experienced CONSUMER MARKETING EXECUTIVE to join our team. As a CONSUMER MARKETING EXECUTIVE, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our company's brand, products, and services. You will work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure that all campaigns are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Consumer Marketing (70%)
· Develop marketing strategy, product positioning and messaging.
· Carry out advertising and promotion activities including managing product launches, conducting product training, and helping at events and tradeshows.
· Work closely with the business and sales teams to identify and communicate the Unique Selling Points (USPs) of our products.
· Manage marketing, sales and product P&L to achieve profitability.
· Collaborate with business partners to achieve sales objectives.
· Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
· Manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the development of marketing campaigns for consumer products.
Corporate Marketing (30%)
· Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
· Analyse and report on campaign performance using various analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for better results.
· Grow and develop the company’s leads across various marketing channels. Manage and execute email marketing campaigns including creating email templates, writing copy, and managing subscriber lists.
· Manage social media accounts and create engaging content that aligns with the company's brand and voice and aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
· Manage vendors in the development of websites in accordance with agreed timeframes and deliverables
General
· Collaborate with other departments such as sales and business development teams to ensure that all campaigns are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
· Stay up to date with the latest consumer product developments, as well as digital marketing trends, technologies, and platforms.
· Assist with two-way translation between local languages and the English language.
· Any other duties as determined by the Marketing Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
· At least 2 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing in consumer electronics, OR 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, including email marketing, social media, and website management
· Good business acumen and able to conceptualize marketing directions.
· Able to showcase a portfolio of work in the areas of website design, collaterals, logo designs,
e-commerce banners, and newsletters
· Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other analytics tools.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to write engaging copy for various channels.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Experience with marketing automation software such as HubSpot and Mailchimp is a plus.
· Able to work out of office hours occasionally, when required
· Able to travel occasionally
· Fluent in spoken and written English
