*ROLE

Operation Overall (40%):
• Guidance the standard operation procedure to the ground team of all SLP Parks
• Together with Regional Property Manager to conduct the joint inspection of the Operation, Maintenance and HSE quality standards at all SLP Parks

Customer Experienced (40%):
• Familiar with services providing to our customers as outlined in the Lease Agreement
• Strategized solution when customer interact with SLP, beside daily support from a Property Manager at respective SLP Park.

Administration (20%):
• Service providers contractual management
• Budgeting & budgeted control
• Filing & Reporting
• SOPs compiling & updating

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be familiar with the Lease Agreement, Customer Handbook, Customer Fit-out Guide, and relevant laws related to real estate and industrial warehouse/factory operation (firefighting safety, environmental matters); to monitor the implementation by the Customers/Contractors.
• Handle Customer’s requirements, and feedback that is over control of the Property Manager at the respective Park; the Regional Operations Manager is capability having the best-suited solution to resolve the issues
• Be it on the phone or in person, in the park for each interaction with the Customer who is leasing at each of our SLP Park in a different location from North to South of Vietnam, to understand the Customer’s operation deeply and needs so that we can have the suited solution for them
• Together with the Property Manager communicate with the Customer from the move-in stage for the fit-out process, until they move out for reinstatement execution that is satisfied with the Lease Agreement and fit-out Guide
• Routine inspection at all SLP parks about quality service of operation, maintenance, HSE to ensure the standard is always maintained
• Co-ordinate to monitor and manage all contracts of service providers
• Work out with the team for annual budget and control the operation expenses
• Communicate and maintain good relationships with relevant inter-departments, SLP Management, and relevant authorities for the smooth operation of the property management department.
