SOCOTEC VIETNAM is a technical support platform for the SOCOTEC GROUP providing expert services on a range of projects in testing, inspection and certification (TIC) in the construction and infrastructure sectors. Around the globe, more than 14,000 experts in 26 countries across 5 continents deliver professional services in construction, buildings & real estate, infrastructures, environment & safety and certification.

We are currently expanding our ENGINEERING SERVICES and are looking for a Accounting Assistant to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality projects to our clients.

Job Description

Support Chief accountant on day-to-day basis
To gather arising vouchers, to report revenue and debts; manage AR/AP
To prepare and check monthly financial statements to the parent company, quarterly reports,;
To explain reported data and provide records and data to tax, audit and inspection agencies upon request of statistics and synthesis of accounting data when having request;
To Collect, to store and to preserve invoices and vouchers, to keep accounting data confidential;
The work of the General Accountant and other tasks upon the request of the Board of Directors;
Job details will be discussed in the interview.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Accountant
Experienced in preparing and issuing VAT invoice
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong command of word processing and spreadsheet tools
Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong reasoning ability and keen attention to detail
Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in reading and writing English; fluency in English is preferred
