1. Ensure the manufacturing products meet with compliance and customer requirements

- Manage all testing/compliance request from customers to be loaded and aligned on internal RSC testing system.

- Analyze requests if any impact to current RSC specification to cooperate with relevant departments to update thru all system.

- Co-ordinate with labs and internal to process testing until samples pass the test, update testing status to system

- Communicate with External testing labs on the technical issues, product specification related

2. Ensure all inspection/audit/calibration request passed in timely manner, especially shipment Schedule

- Manage all inspection/audit/calibration requests from customers thru all internal RSC relevant departments

- Got documents/facility internally, make schedule between internal departments and 3rd party

- Record and deploy all audit findings to related departments to get them solved

3. Maintain and control all the compliance requirements/ quality documents and processing procedures

- Collect and maintain and follow up compliance documents for the incoming materials, finished products and factory, Product compliance process procedures

- Control and maintain testing/inspection/audit records/report/certification

- Compliance declaration processing on customer website/portal as per Customer/ CS team requested

4. Compliance call-out

- Call out all the issues/ non-conformance related to quality system, shipment delay, off schedule, …

- Work out closely with concerned departments such as Prod, ME, PD, QA, QC to investigate the root causes of problem/non-conformance, develop corrective & preventive action

5. In-charge of all testing/inspection/audit activities of lighting department for all customers and markets.

- Set up process, testing guideline, audit present, etc to maintain current certificates and got new certificate for new project requests such as UL, SASO, CCC

6. Analyze and Training compliance requirements impact to RSC specification to take on in plan with QA manager

- Analyze customer compliance requirements impact to RSC specification to support Manager on building compliance specification/requirements for RSC to cover all RSC’s customers and aligning with global/ universal Market

- Compliance requirements training to relevant departments such as CTPAT, UPH Materials Requirements for US, EU, UK, etc. for incoming material sourcing

- Market requirement/ customer requirement impact to RSC specifications analysis

7. Manage and control contract, invoice and payment related

- Gather quotations from 3rd parties, make price comparison and analysis to choose suitable partner, support in making contract

- Record all the costs incurred from the testing/inspection/ audit/ calibration process then arrange payment with accountant department.
