TBC-BALL Vietnam Co., Ltd., a producer of aluminum cans for the beverage industry, is a joint venture between Thai Beverage Can (Thailand) and Ball Corporation (USA). JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Analyze technology, resource needs, market demands and corporate technical/ technological practices to plan and conduct relevant feasibility studies of short-term and long-term improvement projects, and propose solutions to optimize project execution efficiency.
2. Proactively work with BOD/related Managers to understand strategic business development plan and directions for potential project developments.
3. Seek alignment/approval on investment plans, thereby prepare annual CAPEX budget properly.
4. Coordinate with Procurement and other related Departments to perform vendor sourcing, bidding and finalizing.
5. Perform project estimation, submit and align with respective superior for each project requirement.
6. Identify risks and support issue resolution during project execution.
7. Prepare the project lead time and implement project update.
8. Continue action / solution improvement related to safety to minimize and avoid the safety risks (work with related internal departments).
9. Coordinate with related internal departments, contractors, and external partner to resolve issues during project implementation.
10. Participate in project meetings and work with authorities or stakeholder upon required.
11. Supervise work quality and ensure compliance with procedures and standard.
12. Monitor project implementation progress according to the approved plan.
13. Prepare and submit periodic progress report to Senior Engineering Manager.
14. Plan and direct the installation, operation testing/trial/UAT.
15. Maintain and organize project documents and record.
16. Update project budget when project done.
17. Perform other reasonable tasks as assignment of Manager/Supervisor

• Graduated from university with a degree in engineering or project management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project supervision or project management.
• Understanding of project development and management processes is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Planning, scheduling and cost control.
• Good communication and teamwork skill.
• Knowledge of MS project, Auto Cad and MS Office tools.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Problem solving skill.
• Proactiveness and responsibility.

• Working time: Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 17:00pm/ Friday: 8:00am – 16:00pm
• Transportation Allowance: VND 400,000/month or company shuttle service.
• Monthly Productivity Bonus: Based on the factory's overall KPI achievement ratio.
• Year-End Bonus: 13 month's basic salary, annual personal KPI bonus (calculated based on actual months worked in the year).
