Job Purpose

The BD Coordinator will act as the primary support and local "anchor" for the Business Development Manager (Europe-based). This role is responsible for supporting the seamless operation of the BD department, managing the tender lifecycle, and supporting in desktop market research and internal reporting. You will ensure that deadlines are met, information is gathered from senior technical staff, and administrative workflows remain uninterrupted despite time zone differences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Business Development Manager and Sales team
• Executive Support & Agenda:. Support scheduling, meeting arrangements, and reminders for the Business Development Manager
• Tender & Proposal management: Prepare, gather information, organize, and submit tender documents, proposals, and other sales-related materials
• Market Intelligence: Conduct desktop research on the Vietnamese construction/design market, competitor analysis, market trends and identify potential internal Sweco leads in Europe.
• Task follow-up: Follow up on deadlines, action items, and important tasks to ensure timely completion
• CRM: keep the CRM platform up to date and follow internal reporting procedures
• Support the team with travel arrangements, event coordination, and other logistics when needed

Requirements

• Entry-level or early career professional or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Sales, , Economics, or a related field
• Strong interest in business support, coordination, and business development activities
• Good and assrtive communication and interpersonal skills
• Careful, detail-oriented, and well-organized
• Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Very good English communication skills are a requirement.
