The position roles & responsibilities will be including the followings but not limited to:

• Supervise and control inbound & outbound activities for Direct Materials (DM) and Indirect Materials (IDM).
• Ensure all material transactions are processed accurately and timely in SAP.
• Control picking & issuing process: right item, right quantity, right timing.
• Ensure stock-out transactions strictly comply with FIFO / FEFO principles.
• Monitor storage layout and ensure proper put-away into designated locations for efficient operation flow.
• Coordinate closely with Production to align material consumption plans and manage return materials effectively

• Build and develop a stable warehouse operation team to meet production demand.
• Assign daily tasks and balance manpower based on workload.
• Supervise team performance and discipline to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor daily attendance and manpower allocation.
• Train operators on SOP, safety, system transactions, FIFO/FEFO compliance.
• Evaluate team performance via KPI tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Monitor system stock accuracy and coordinate with related teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Participate in cycle count (monthly / semi-annual / annual physical inventory).
• Prepare and update SOPs for Raw Materials, Sub-materials, Finished Goods, and Forklift operations.
• Manage detailed shipment seal records and documentation control Compliance & Continuous Improvement
• Support internal and external audits related to warehouse operations.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and audit requirements.
• Monitor forklift maintenance schedule and ensure operational readiness.
• Support New Project Development by managing material samples feeding to production lines on time.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational risks.

Experience:

+ 3-5 years work at WH

+ Good communication. Leadership/team work

+ Have experience with WH management system SAP/ERP

+ Good in problem solving skill, can able to provide solutions when having issues

+ Manage about >30,000 SKUs in material and Finish goods

+ Smart, active and logical

Other skills and knowledge:

• College degree or equivalent; logistics certification and practical work experience preferred.
• 3+ years in warehouse supervisor, with cross-functional communication experience
• Proficiency in WMS, ERP/SAP systems, and MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask under deadlines
• Knowledge of shipping regulations, documentation, and quality control standards
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
