1. Job Purpose
To ensure the company’s operations comply with social compliance standards, legal regulations, and client requirements, supporting ethical and sustainable business practices.
2. Key Responsibilities
Compliance Management & Audits
- Conduct daily compliance tasks and prepare documents for client audits, third-party audits, and government inspections
- Manage and oversee social compliance activities within the factory
- Participate in cross-audits across different sites/factories
Standards & Legal Compliance
- Stay updated on local labor laws, wage regulations, occupational safety requirements, and labor contracts
- Monitor and implement compliance with client codes of conduct and international standards (WRAP, BSCI, SMETA, etc.)
- Ensure all company operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain and update all compliance-related documents, policies, and records
- Prepare reports and documentation for audits and internal tracking
Training & Communication
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams and partners on compliance standards and requirements
- Support effective communication between departments regarding compliance matters
Other Duties
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Environmental Studies, Social Sciences, or related fields
- Experience in garment/textile/washing manufacturing industry is a plus
Skills & Knowledge
- Good understanding of social compliance standards (BSCI, WRAP, SMETA, etc.)
- Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance practices
- Strong documentation, organization, and reporting skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
