1. Job Purpose

• To oversee the accounting system and financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, stable cash flow, and timely financial insights to support business decisions.

2. Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Control

• Manage and control full sets of accounting books in compliance with regulations
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems (ERP/SAP)
• Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage the accounting team (AR, AP, GL, Costing)
• Provide guidance, training, and performance management

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital
• Ensure effective cash planning and financial stability

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and review financial reports: P&L, Cash Flow, Aging, Inventory
• Provide analysis and insights to support business performance and decision-making

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations
• Work with external auditors and tax authorities
• Support tax filings, audits, and related documentation

Budgeting & Planning

• Support budgeting processes and financial forecasting
• Work with departments to monitor performance vs. budget

Other Duties

• Perform other tasks as assigned by CFO

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as Financial Controller or Finance Manager
• Experience in manufacturing or trading companies is preferred
• Experience in international companies is a strong advantage
• CPA/ACCA is a plus (not mandatory)

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cash flow management, and internal controls
• Solid understanding of Vietnamese tax regulations and compliance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in ERP/SAP systems
• Advanced Excel skills

Language

• Good communication in both English and Vietnamese
