1. Assist in overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods.

2. Collaborate with Warehouse Managers to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and safety protocols.

3. Aid in supervising warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

4. Implement and reinforce warehouse policies and procedures to maintain a safe and organized work environment.

5. Support in training warehouse personnel on safety protocols and best practices.

6. Monitor inventory levels and work closely with Warehouse Managers to maintain accurate stock levels.

7. Assist in developing and implementing inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and prevent stockouts.

8. Aid in implementing and managing a warehouse management system (WMS) to streamline operations and improve inventory accuracy.

9. Support in developing technology solutions such as barcode scanning and RFID systems for inventory tracking.

10. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and optimize supply chain efficiency.

11. Collaborate with other departments such as production, finance, and quality control to ensure seamless coordination across the supply chain.

12. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within warehouse and supply chain operations.

13. Implement inventory control measures to prevent loss, damage, or misplacement of inventory items.

14. Provide daily updates on Warehouse status to management and submit weekly/monthly reports to the Central Supply Chain Manager.

15. Coordinate with the Production/Operation team for raw cashew nut (RCN) requirements progress.

16. Identify and assess potential risks in transportation and logistics operations.

17. Assist in implementing risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of disruptions in the supply chain.

18. Other relevant work will be assigned as per the requirements within the Supply Chain.
