- Design, development and implementation of talent acquisition and direct candidate attraction strategy in line with business needs (senior and mass recruitment)

- Be responsible for start-to-end recruitment process (across functions): job posting, CV shortlisting, 1st interviewing round, offering and onboarding.
- Proactively build talent pipelines internally and externally and other Social media platforms;

- Builds good relationships with vendors, suppliers ensuring satisfactory commercial terms are in placed

- Effectively plan, monitor and manage TA budget

- Be a partner with other stakeholders like Universities, Social organizations,... to diversify recruitment sources and promote Company's brand.
- Develop and manage Company social network pages.

- Plan and implement employer branding activities

- Manage and execute the onboarding process including orientation program and probation assessment for new staff.

- Ensure “TA toolkit” (systems, sources, tools and technology) are fit for purpose and aligned to business needs

- Any others ad-duties assigned when required
