MEC and Annual reporting package:

• Monthly TP review and submitting to ICC
• Support on preparation for month end closing report include, FS Standalone, Flats files, Hard Close, supporting files under IFRS and ISG group requirements.
• Managing and Analysis G&A and Selling expenses b/w Actual and Budget
• Take participant in build up Budget and Cost controlling.
• Support on reviewing and submission of Financial Statements and Statutory reports on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis to ensure timely submission for the Government Agencies/Departments.

Tax statutory report.

Statistical financial reports: Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly

• Managing and Reconciling intercompany payable and receivable on monthly basic.
• Reviewing tax assets and liabilities.

Daily operation:

• Ensure all incurred costs and expenses are reflected to accounting timely and properly.
• Ensure prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accruals and provision… are recorded and take up to PL properly.
• Ensure all balances of foreign currency are evaluated and unrealize exps/income take-up in PL properly.
• Managing capex expenditures, actual vs budget.
• Ensure accurately of all transaction before post entry to Ledger
• Presentation and review Trial Balance to ensure accurately, reasonable
• Managing, evaluating and reporting fixed assets, tools & equipments, CIP, prepaid expenses and employee's cash advances.

Implementation of the Company’s new Tally system (work closely with Yennes team)

• Take a part of leader implementing FA module for Vietnam.

Others

• Support internal & external audits, tax inspection and other inspections as requested.
• Providing/Assisting in developing management reports (as request)
