o Control goods in warehouse, ensure import and export according to FIFO.

o Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment.

o Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse.

o Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads.

o Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees.

o Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner.

o Evaluate suppliers based on delivery speed for their products and services, price, and quality.

o Function as company purchasing agents for all direct and indirect materials.

o Guiding, urging, and inspecting staff according to orders and requirements of SSOP, GMP,5S at Workplace.

o Ensure that the facility and equipment are properly maintained.

o Communicate and collaborate with other team members.

o Train, guide, and evaluate new warehouse workers.

o Comply with company rules, requirements, and regulations on health, security, safety & environment according to factory standards and ISO systems of the company.

o inventory reports, monthly inventory costs, and cost-saving recommendations.

o Performs other related duties as assigned.

o Make report and check employee reports.
