1. Job Objective

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable enterprise software solutions. Play a crucial role in translating business requirements into technical execution, delivering robust applications across various platforms to enhance system reliability and support data-driven decision-making.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development & Technical Design:
  • Translate business needs into comprehensive technical specifications and practical software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain secure, scalable Web and Windows applications tailored for enterprise environments.
• System Optimization & Support:
  • Conduct rigorous code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize system architectures for maximum performance and maintainability.
  • Provide hands-on technical expertise to ensure stable and uninterrupted operations across multiple business units.
• Data Reporting & Database Management:
  • Design, build, and maintain SQL reports, dashboards, and internal data tools to empower business units.
• Workflow Automation:
  • Implement robust automation workflows to eliminate manual processes, enhancing overall system reliability and operational efficiency.
• Git Server Setup & Administration:
  • Build, configure, and maintain internal Git servers to support enterprise development workflows.
  • Manage user access, repository structures, and security policies.
  • Integrate Git services with CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.

• Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related technical fields.
  • Proven experience in Full-Stack development, system automation, and process optimization.
• Technical Skills:
  • Languages: Proficiency in PHP, Java, Python, and Node.js.
  • Frontend: Strong expertise in ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Databases: Expertise in MySQL and PostgreSQL for complex SQL queries and reporting, alongside experience managing internal architectures.
  • Platform Experience: Solid background in building and maintaining both Web and Windows-based enterprise software.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while seamlessly collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
