We are seeking a results-driven IT Business Development Executive with strong experience in selling IT services and software development solutions. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with international markets, building long-term client relationships, and driving business growth through consultative sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies targeting international markets (US, UK, Europe, Singapore, Australia, etc.)
Identify, approach, and engage potential clients seeking software development and IT outsourcing services
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted, long-term relationships
Understand client business needs and propose appropriate technology solutions
Coordinate closely with internal teams to support project delivery and client satisfaction
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and related documentation
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive insights
Perform other tasks as assigned by managementRequirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales, software outsourcing, or technology services
Proven experience working with international clients (US, Europe, Australia is a strong plus)
Good understanding of software development services and technologies such as .NET, SharePoint, Angular, React, Java, Mobile Applications, and enterprise solutions
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand client requirements quickly
Ability to work independently, manage sales pipelines, and perform well under pressure
Nice to Have
Experience working with CRM, DMS, or enterprise SaaS products
Basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Good understanding of software development services and technologies such as .NET, SharePoint, Angular, React, Java, Mobile Applications, and enterprise solutionsCompensation & Rewards
