We are seeking a motivated and energetic Warehouse Operations Trainee with strong English communication skills to join our Operations team. This position is designed as a development role for future operational leadership. The successful candidate will initially support communication, translation, and operational coordination activities while learning warehouse processes and team management fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support communication between Vietnamese employees and expatriate management team.
• Provide verbal interpretation and written translation for operational meetings, instructions, reports, and daily communications.
• Shadow the Operations Lead to understand warehouse workflows, processes, and performance expectations.
• Assist with daily operational coordination, including manpower allocation, shift arrangements, and task follow-up.
• Support preparation of operational reports, presentations, and training materials.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and operational projects.
• Coordinate team briefings, meetings, and cross-functional activities when required.
• Monitor assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Learn warehouse operations, safety requirements, and productivity standards.
• Gradually take ownership of small projects and team coordination responsibilities as part of the development program.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

• Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, English, or related fields.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret and translate accurately in a fast-paced working environment.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong willingness to learn warehouse operations and leadership skills.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Fresh graduates with strong English skills are encouraged to apply.
• Experience or interested in logistics, warehousing, operations, or translation is an advantage but not mandatory.
