* General Accounting (GA)
- Bank reconciliation.
- Journal posting of general accounting transactions, such as accrued, prepaid expenses, loans, interest expenses and bank charges.
- Recording accounting transactions in accordance with accounting standards, such as impairment, employee benefits, and lease.
- Monitoring and controlling long outstanding accounts.
* Taxation (Tax)
- Preparation of data for tax submissions (VAT/WHT/CIT). Preparing data for tax authorities when they conduct tax audits.
- Monitoring taxation accounts and reconciliation with tax consultant.
- Monthly CIT calculation for recording.
- Preparing reports for Transfer Pricing or other required reports to be submitted to the country's tax authorities.
* General Ledger (GL)
- Verification accounting transactions in accordance with accounting standards.
- Month-end and year-end account closing.
- Prepare financial statements, notes, and submitting other relevant data for consolidation.
- Other reports as required by the parent company for submission to regulators.
- Data preparation, coordinating, and responding to inquiries from the auditors for the audited financial statement.
- Financial statement review for management approval prior to certification by the auditors.
- Monitoring accounting standard and tax changes for readiness.
- Controlling timely accounting data submission to regulatory authorities, including financial statements, tax filings, and Transfer Pricing.
- Other tasks as per Management’s instructions
