- Maintain health, safety and environment standards in compliance with HSE procedures, policies and Government’s regulations
- Monitor the compliance of the HSE standards and regulations to maintain safety workplace in the Factory
- Create Safety Action Plan, HSE Procedures
- Keep on updating & regularly inspecting for Factory
- Perform daily safety patrol and observe unsafe action and unsafe condition in the Factory
- Proactive conducts audits for compliance with established procedures
- Perform the factory accident and incident investigations and monitoring of implementation of corrective actions including report and records
- Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventive measures in the factory
- Organize HSE training to contractor’s manpower
- To be a part of Emergency Response Team
- Perform other admin tasks as assigned
