- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Travelling to visit potential customers
- Establishing new customer (dealer, distributor and contractor….) also maintaining the relationship with existing customer
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements
- Making and proposing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives
- Proposing activities to develop sales area and reach to target’s company
- Developing and expanding more sales distribution channel
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
- Supporting customer inquiries, concerns, and ensure prompt resolution
- Providing pre-sale technical assistance and product knowledge
- Making presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client’s requirements
- Offering after-sales support services
- Making data of report and analysis of sales following by weekly, monthly, yearly
- Recording and maintaining client contact data
- Meeting regular for achieving sales target
