- Build and develop strategy in both seller and merchandise field of the business on ecommerce.
- Build up step by step process procedures for seller development.
- Take care seller hunting and onboarding process from top to toe at the beginning of the project.
- Sort out all barriers with legal, contracts, terms and condition to sellers.
- Liaise & communicate with external teams to build up process and procedures.
- Work through with external technical team to improve the platform utilities and support seller to make further decision.
- Grow seller performance.
- Forecast, explore and develop new merchandise categories that would match the strategy of the business.
- Oversee category development, able to analysis the performance to make improvement next steps.
- Oversee current E-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, …) to plan for monthly campaign. Manage the Marketplaces Operation, plan for relevant promotion.
- Work closely with Digital marketing to push up the performance.
