- Meet with system users to understand the scope of projects.

- Work with software developers and project support teams.

- Identify business requirements.

- Establish a test plan.

- Write and execute test scripts.

- Test in different environments including web and mobile.

- Write bug reports.

- Review documentation.

- Provide quality assurance.

- Provide objective feedback to software development project teams.

- Design tests to mitigate risk.

- Present findings to software development and business user teams.

- Experience in creating test plans, test cases (test scenarios), test designs, and related test documents.

- Familiar with executing System Tests, Integration Tests, and Functional and Non-Functional tests.

- Prepares quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.

- Good communication skills and exposure to an international work environment.

- Be familiar with the Agile process and Scrum/Kanban model.
