* Work Location: Shilla Bags International – Duc Hoa, Long An
(Providing company bus from Ho Chi Minh to Long An about 45 minutes)

1. Prepare a comprehensive plan for the team conducting its inspection, under consultation with the manager:
- Plan for daily and monthly inspection to be in accordance with the annual activity.
- Plan an internal audit activity covering all Health and Safety (H&S) aspect to identify compliance annual program.
- Plan for the compliance training to employees including orientation and periodical training.

2. Assign field staffs to inspect all production area
- Ensure full coverage of production area as well as factory environment.
- Actively involved in the field activity.

3. Responsible for improving and maintaining team’s performance.
- Identify team’s need for a continuous improvement.
- Monitor team’s performance from time to time.
- Conduct team performance evaluation under manager’s assistance.
- Monitor individual’s performance on a regular basis.

4. Supporting and assisting field staff to resolve H&S workplace issues. To be held responsible for relaying H&S issues to manager for a final resolution whenever necessary.
- Consult with manager on major H&S issue.
- Consult and communicating with government body on H&S regulation.
- Assist field staff for any H&S investigation whenever necessary.

5. Administrative
- Support manager in preparing any necessary H&S policies and procedure.
- Arranging team meeting regularly and maintain documented meeting minutes accordingly.
- Document all H&S activities including reports and maintain files accordingly.
- Prepare all necessary format documents for the team to conduct its field activity.
- Keep all H&S and environment requirement by the government, updated.
- Prepare a CAP report of subcontracting compliance audit activity.

6. External Audit
- To support manager during any external audit by the government, auditing firm, or the brands.
- To actively be involved in any compliance audit conducted in Shilla Bags subcontracting facilities.
