Key Responsibilities

• Grow the existing client base and actively acquire new travel agency accounts.
• Drive room revenue and room nights across all M Village properties through the travel agency segment.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings and site inspections to generate bookings.
• Consult clients on suitable rates and packages, prepare quotations, and negotiate contract terms.
• Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Collect client feedback on products and services, and share insights on market trends and competitors to support sales plans.
• Track sales performance, update the client database and report regularly to the Sales Manager.

• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience in hospitality, preferably with travel agencies.
• An established network of travel agencies, tour operators and OTAs/wholesalers.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Willing to travel for business and work during peak seasons (including public holidays)

Preferred

• Experience in cluster sales for multiple hotel properties.
• Experience handling travel agency accounts for resort properties in Central Vietnam (Da Nang, Hoi An, Nha Trang, Quy Nhon).
• Experience in MICE sales
