I. Position Overview:
This role acts as a bridge between traditional IT infrastructure and Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications. The primary goal is to maintain stable system operations while researching and implementing AI solutions (such as Chatbots, Robotic Process Automation - RPA, and data analysis) to optimize departmental performance.
II. Key Responsibilities:
1. Software Development & Automation
• Develop and code internal software systems (Python, Odoo ERP), ensuring seamless connectivity and operational support across all departments.
• Design process automation workflows and integrate third-party APIs using tools such as n8n, Zapier, or [protected info]
• Collaborate with system administrators (e.g., Bravo) to propose and build AI-driven automation solutions.
2. Internal AI Application & Implementation
• Research and integrate AI and Machine Learning into the company's practical applications.
• Plan and organize periodic training sessions on AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) for staff at all levels.
• Create instructional documentation and practical exercises for department-specific AI applications to boost productivity.
• Monitor, evaluate, and provide periodic reports on the impact of AI on labor productivity.
3. IT Infrastructure & Security Management
• Manage LAN, Internet, servers, printers, and office/meeting room equipment.
• Provide daily technical helpdesk support: troubleshooting hardware, configuring emails, software, and networks.
• Maintain system security policies and perform regular data backup and recovery procedures.
• Manage software licensing (Windows, Office, AutoCAD, etc.) and coordinate with IT service providers.
4. Other Duties
• Perform other tasks as requested by the Company.
• Support departmental projects based on expertise and requirements.• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Python programming (Requests, Pandas, Numpy, Flask/Django).
• Preference: Candidates with experience in Odoo ERP implementation or corporate AI/Automation projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in network configuration, firewalls, and Windows system troubleshooting.
• AI Competency: Skilled in using popular AI tools and knowledgeable in system integration via API/Webhooks.
• Soft Skills: Logical thinking, fast learner of new technologies, and excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and train others.
• Office Tech: Proficient in Microsoft 365, corporate email, antivirus software, data sharing, and system backups.
