RESPONSIBILITIES

Media Relations

Proactively cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts in the healthcare industry.
Develop and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other materials to promote Gene Solutions achievements, events, and initiatives.
Respond to media inquiries and facilitate interviews with key personnel.

Social Media Management

Manage and oversee social media channels, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.
Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote key initiatives and events.

Event Coordination

Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute healthcare-related events, conferences, and webinars.
Coordinate media coverage and outreach for events.
Organize communication activities such as lunch, round table, talk show

Crisis Communication

Develop and implement crisis communication strategies, ensuring timely and transparent communication during challenging situations.

Monitoring and Analysis

Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing regular reports and analysis to internal stakeholders.
Utilize analytics tools to measure the impact of PR and media efforts.

Internal communication

In-house support and advice in communication activities

Others

Develop company brochure and company video, company presentation

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations or media relations, with a focus on healthcare.
Strong relationship with journals
Strong understanding of genetics and related scientific topics. Previous experience in the genetics or biotechnology industry is a plus.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
Adept at meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
