Wink, Unscripted by Hyatt is seeking an experienced Cluster Director of Sales – Corporate Segment, based in Hanoi, to lead corporate sales performance across the assigned hotel cluster.

This role is responsible for developing strategic corporate accounts, expanding Wink’s presence in Hanoi and Northern Vietnam, and driving sustainable room revenue through strong market relationships, commercial insight and effective sales leadership.

2. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the cluster corporate sales strategy in line with hotel budgets and revenue targets.

Identify, acquire and grow key corporate accounts across Hanoi and Northern Vietnam.

Build strong relationships with multinational companies, local corporations, industrial parks, travel management companies and strategic business partners.

Manage corporate contracting, negotiated rates, RFPs and annual account plans.

Drive corporate room nights, long-stay business, corporate groups and other relevant business opportunities.

Conduct sales calls, client presentations, networking activities, site inspections and account reviews.

Monitor account production, market trends, competitor activities and conversion performance.

Work closely with General Managers, Revenue, Marketing and property Sales teams to optimize pricing and business opportunities.

Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports and strategic action plans.

Lead, coach and support the Sales team in achieving individual and cluster KPIs.

Represent Wink Hotels professionally within the corporate and hospitality business community.

Cluster, multi-property, lifestyle hotel or pre-opening experience is an advantage.
