RESPONSIBILITIES

● Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.

● Work closely with clients to understand requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

●Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

●Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and designers, to ensure smooth project execution.

●Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to maintain project health.

●Ensure effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients.

● Monitor and track project progress, preparing reports and updates for senior management and clients.

● Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

● Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

● Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in an outsourcing environment.

● Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).

● Professional certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, etc.) are a strong plus.

● Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).

● Experience working with Korean clients or the Korean market is a significant advantage.

● Strong problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

● Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

COMPENSATIONS AND BENEFITS

● Fixed Salary: 50-60M + Negotiable + 13th month bonus + performance bonus + project bonus
