RESPONSIBILITIES Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with strong healthcare industry knowledge to drive insights, optimize data processes, and support business development. You will analyze large datasets, develop predictive models, and collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver actionable insights that improve sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Healthcare Analytics: Utilize healthcare domain expertise to drive insights and tailor solutions for different regional markets.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and visualize data to generate insights on customer, product, and country performance.
• Cross-Channel Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards to track marketing and sales engagement across multiple channels.
• Predictive Analytics: Use predictive modeling techniques to forecast sales and market trends.
• Client Collaboration: Work with clients and business development teams to support pre- and post-sales activities, ensuring successful analytics execution.
• System Integration: Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless system integration and process alignment.
• Training & Development: Provide user training on analytics tools and methodologies.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data processes and explore new tools for better efficiency and user experience.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLSRequirements

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a highly analytical/numerical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics and consulting, preferably within the pharma or healthcare industry.
• Data Modelling & Cleansing: Proficient in data modeling, data cleansing, handling schemas, and identifying relevant data attributes.
• Predictive Analytics: Strong experience with predictive modeling, statistics, and segmentation techniques.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency with SQL, Python, and other analytical tools to work with large datasets.
• Tools & Platforms: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Looker, as well as Google Cloud tools (BigQuery, Looker, Vertex AI) and Azure.
• Strong Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
• Communication Skills: Strong storytelling and communication skills, with experience presenting data insights through PowerPoint, Word, or equivalent.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of Google Cloud and Azure for analytics and cloud-based solutions.
• Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex problems and provide actionable insights.
• Client & Project Management: Experience working with large teams in client-facing and project management settings.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in data analysis, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all deliverables.
• Multilingual (Preferred): Ability to work with multi-language datasets and localization (i18n).

COMPENSATIONS AND BENEFITS 

• Fixed Salary: Upto 50M ( Negotiable )
