• Lead and Develop the Development Team: Responsible for building, developing, and maintaining the team of software engineers, project managers, and support departments to meet customer needs and drive company growth. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative environment to maximize team performance. Assess team skills and provide guidance and support to enhance their professional development. 
• Project Management and Quality Commitment: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the projects, ensuring they are executed and completed on time, within budget, within scope and in alignment with the quality standards committed to clients. Monitor and coordinate projects to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, UX/UI, and client management) to ensure project milestones are met.

Establish and Maintain Customer Relationships: Work closely with major clients to ensure services are delivered in line with their needs, maintaining and developing long-term client relationships. Such as: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the project life cycle. Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates, gather feedback and ensure alignment on project objectives.

• Budget and Financial Management: Responsible for managing the software center's budget, ensuring efficient resource utilization and achieving financial goals.
• Ensure Compliance with Processes and Regulations: Ensure the team adheres to internal processes, regulations, and industry standards (such as ISO, CMMI) to maintain quality and operational efficiency.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on delivery. Implement corrective actions as needed and communicate changes to stakeholders.

Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and key metrics.
