Application Development and Maintenance: Use Java and Spring Boot to develop and maintain high-performance web applications and microservices, ensuring high availability and responsiveness.
Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance to minimize latency and maximize resource efficiency.
Software Quality Assurance: Write and maintain test suites, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to software development standards.
Team Collaboration and Technical Leadership: Work with team members, mentor junior developers, and coordinate with other departments such as DevOps, QA, and Product Management.
Knowing how to design System Architecture is a plusExperience: At least 5 years of software development experience, with substantial expertise in Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, etc.).
Programming Skills: Strong object-oriented programming skills, understanding of software design patterns, and ability to solve complex problems.

Teamwork Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of leading and mentoring within a team.
Educational Background: Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Soft Skills: Problem-Solving: Ability to identify creative solutions to technical challenges. Communication: Strong communication skills, able to clearly and persuasively convey ideas.
