JOB DUTIES

- Test Planning and Design:

• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for Fintech applications and systems.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into testable scenarios.
• Consider security, performance, and regulatory compliance aspects in test planning.

- Test Execution:

• Execute both automated and manual tests across various platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Identify and document defects, providing detailed information for developers to resolve.

- Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with development, product, and business teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Communicate test results and issues effectively.

 JOB REQUIREMENTS      

- Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Appium).
• Knowledge of SQL or other database technologies for data validation.

- Experience:

• Relevant experience in software quality assurance, preferably in the Fintech industry.
• Experience testing web, mobile, or API applications.
• English: Good

• Fixed Salary: 32-40M + Negotiable + 13th month bonus + performance bonus + project bonus
