Job description

• Be the owner of the entire product life cycle and collaborate with different teams (CS, Product team, Designers, and Development team)
• Research and analyze the market, the users, working with industry analysts, and looking at competitive solutions
• Work directly with founders to define product vision, road map and growth opportunities
• Plan, manage and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
• Developing user stories
• Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
• Take charge of the planning of product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
• Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
• Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
• Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new market trends

Your skills and experience

Must have:

• At least 2 years of proven experience in product development (Business Analyst/Product Owner/Product Manager)
• Communicate fluently in English.
• Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
• In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles
• Have strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills to decide the best solution for new product features or improvements
• Have a strong understanding of user interactions and user interface design
• Knowledgeable of modern business technologies
• The iterative mindset with a bias toward action and improvement
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with developer engineering workflows

Nice to have:

• Background in software specifications, user experience, software development, or program management is preferred
• Preferred is strong experience in SaaS and eCommerce
• Preferred can also be strong experience in cloud environments, continuous integration workflows, and infrastructure observability
