Key responsibilities:

• Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting corporate, MICE, and travel agent segments in the Northern market to maximize resort revenue and occupancy.
• Key Account Management: Maintain and expand relationships with high-profile corporate clients, government embassies, and key travel partners based in Hanoi and the wider Northern region.
• Market Penetration & Representation: Act as the primary brand ambassador in the North, driving direct acquisition of new accounts through proactive networking, field visits, and sales calls.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor Northern market trends, competitor activities, and regional demand shifts to proactively adjust sales tactics and capture emerging business opportunities.
• Remote Resort Collaboration: Partner closely with the on-site executive team, Revenue Management, and Marketing in Cam Ranh to align promotional campaigns and ensure seamless execution for Northern clients.

• Proven Luxury Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar sales leadership role within 5-star luxury hotels or resorts.
• Extensive Northern Network: Possess a well-established, deep network of active contacts among major corporate accounts, MICE planners, government bodies, and top travel agencies in Hanoi and the Northern region.
• Autonomous Driving Force: High self-motivation and ability to work independently without a local physical office, with a proven track record of successfully penetrating new regional markets.
• Commercial & Strategic Acumen: Strong skills in revenue analysis, market forecasting, negotiation, and contract closing to maximize profitability.
• Good English communication
