1. OTA Channel & Digital Platform Management

• Operate and optimize information on OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Traveloka, Expedia, etc.

• Ensure images, descriptions, room rates, and cancellation/change policies are always updated accurately and consistently.

• Monitor and handle display issues, rate parity, and channel reviews periodically.

2. Direct Booking Management via KNM Website

• Update content, promotional programs, banners, etc. on the hotel website/booking engine.

• Monitor direct booking conversion rates and coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to propose solutions for increasing traffic.

3. Coordination with Sales & Marketing

• Implement Flash Sales and seasonal promotional campaigns on OTA channels and social media.

• Work with OTA partners on PR articles, promotional deals, and strategic campaigns.

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track revenue, bookings, and conversion rates across each channel.

• Compile and analyze weekly/monthly reports to propose strategic adjustments.

5. Other Duties

• Stay updated on E-Commerce trends in the hospitality industry.

• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
