Mô tả công việc
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Front Office department.
- Ensure the check-in and check-out processes are accurate, efficient, and timely.
- Monitor and maintain service standards at the Front Desk.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage staff performance during shifts.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and in a professional manner.
- Oversee room status updates and coordinate closely with the Housekeeping and Reservations departments; support room inventory management to maximize occupancy.
- Supervise cashiering procedures and financial transactions at the Front Desk.
- Develop and implement training plans and conduct regular training sessions for new staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Front Desk/Reception position at a 4-5 star hotel.
- Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera PMS).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
