• Assist guests with a wide range of requests, including reservations, transportation, event planning, and special needs.
• Develop and implement concierge and bellman service standards and procedures to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Be thoroughly aware of arrivals and departures of each day with emphasis on VIP’s, groups, arrival time
• Lead and manage the concierge team and bellman team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any guest needs or concerns.

• Monitors appropriate standards of conduct, uniform, hygiene, and appearance of staff
• Ensure that all staff are fully informed and knowledgeable on resort facilities and services.
• Ensure that the surrounding areas at the lobby level and main entrance are clean
• Coordinate with drive to ensure daily transportation is arranged properly

• Ensuring that all equipment (trolley, buggy, bicycles, umbrellas...) are in proper condition and recorded properly.
• Liaise closely with other Departments to ensure special guest needs and other requests are met.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned by the management.

• Degree of Hospitality Management or equivalent. Fluent communication in English and/or other language is preferred
• Typically 2+ years of experience as a Bellman, Bell Captain, or in a similar role in hospitality
• Familiar with front desk services, transportation arrangements, and hotel check-in/check-out procedures.
