• Check and store travel contracts, including deposit contracts and debts

• Monitor deposits from travel companies and update relevant departments

• Prepare reports and monitor VND and USD (if any) revenue accounts

• Track credit card payments

• Check invoices with travel agency reservations to ensure invoices are sent on time

• Coordinate and reconcile monthly debt with travel companies

• Check, authenticate and prepare refund documents for customers, if any

• Conduct monthly debt review meetings with the Sales department

• Check and monitor debt recording information from individual customers, organizations and travel agencies

• Periodically review and update credit policies to respond to changing situations

• Regularly contact partners and travel agents to have information to evaluate customers with debt to recommend whether that customer is granted credit or not

• Respond to customers regarding payment deadlines and special invoice requests

• Coordinate with the Director/Sales Manager in determining the debt status of travel agencies before finalizing and implementing agreements

• Monitor the payment process of outstanding debts and report to the Head of Finance Department on processing progress

• Monitor credit limits of debt accounts

• Prepare debt reports within the prescribed time

• Performing other tasks assigned by superior

• Graduated from college or higher and majoring in Financial Accounting

• Having degrees and certificates related to the profession

• Having knowledge of law

• Work experience: at least 3 years of experience in the hotel and restaurant accounting field and 1 year or more in a similar position
