MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
· Check and maintain LEAN/NOS implementation at factories.
· Training Lean/NOS knowledge
· Engage / follow up kaizen projects implementing at factories. Support kaizen team members to accomplish the plan.
· Follow up factories update kaizen logbook, KPIs report, SQDC. Collect & analysis data, propose kaizen based on data analysis.
· Study to improve linked Operation breakdown, layout & Yamazumi sheets, all record & analysis form in Lean. Training user to manage these sheets/forms.
· Support leader to prepare / translate training material, best practices material that shared by other factories.
· Support Leaders in training Lean tools for factories.
· Recap meeting / training activities
· Training Lean/NOS knowledge
