We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team to help design, build and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing complex solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC and Aura components.

Analyze business and map with standards Salesforce function.
Collaborate with the team to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
Design and build custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and reports.
Develop, implement, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Write Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages to support business requirements.
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems.
Mentor and support junior team members as needed.

Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business administration or related field
Good written and verbal communication skills (English or Japanese)
2+ years experience in Salesforce.

Nice to have:

Experience working on Salesforce application development, Salesforce Administrator, and experience related to SalesCloud CRM.
Good teamwork and reliability.
Excellent communication skills.
The Salesforce Certified Administrator is a plus.
Experience working with Marketing Cloud is a plus.
Experience with ERP
Good understanding of Salesforce security model and data architecture
Drive and enthusiasm with the ability to manage and co- ordinate multiple projects.
A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work.
Experience with Salesforce configuration and custom development
Be creative and good at user experiences.
Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce LWC or Aura components
Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
The Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1, Developer 2 is a plus.
Experience with REST and SOAP APIs
