Main Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain library materials for easy access and use during daytime, evening and weekends as required; efficient return from borrowers; encourage students and staff to greater use of library materials by promoting, regularly displaying, informing new materials arrival and current contents
• Inventory library materials, including accurate records of books and students' work, merchandising; selling books to students
• Assist students and staff by the provision of advice and guidance to help them find the information and resources they need, and also suggest other useful and related resources
• Ensure that established Library policies, procedures and lending rules in the handbook are enforced. Revises policies and procedures as necessary
• Develop positive working relationships and collaboration with partner library team in the UK
• Responsible for other duties involving operational activities such as shop materials, students works submission, academic letters support to students
