Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for scheduling the classes suitably and efficiently for daily operation. Be able to optimize the resource of both part-time and full-time lecturers and teaching assistants.
- Receive submission and re-submission works from students, return works to students
- Assist to inform teachers deadlines for formative assessments and summative assessments of the academic term/ semester and process progress reports
- Participate in weekly attendance academic meetings and prepare a meeting minutes
- Organize enrolment test and English placement test for prospective students
- Schedule the enrolment interview for the teachers
- Work with Education Consultant to plan parent’s meetings, student’s orientation at the beginning of the academic term.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Vietnamese national
- Holder of a degree
- 2-3 years work experience in a similar position in education. Experience in HR Management is a desirable
- Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Hard-working with attention to details, well – organized and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Customer focus, Self-motivation, ability to prioritize effectively, be flexible and manage your time under pressure.
